Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us first at contact@primalattraction.co. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@primalattraction.co with photos within 48 hours of receipt. We will resolve the issue promptly.

EU Customers
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. Your statutory rights are not affected.
